We can make your canopy out of any fabric you would like.  Below are the most common options.

HARBORTIME: 11oz.
The #1 choice in the Marine Fabric Industry.  Harbor Time fabrics combines a super tight weave and double-sided coating with UV protection to provide you with the lightest weight, strongest and easiest to handle canopy available today.  It is made from hybrid coated polyester and is ideal for harsh marine environments because it offers exceptional resistance to abrasion while maintaining superior strength and visual appeal with it’s cloth-like appearance.  Harbor-Time is a highly water repellent cloth that is resistant to both mildew and ultraviolet light making it a durable choice for boat lift marine applications. Premium and most recommended version of Harbor Time for this application, as it provides the best value for your dollar.  A clear coat baked on to the fabric provides excellent reflection, thus added protection from the heat and sun. 

This fabric also offers exceptional resistance to abrasion while maintaining superior strength and visual appeal with it’s cloth-like appearance.  Harbor Time Edge is a highly water repellent and resistant to both mildew and ultraviolet light making it a durable choice for boat lift marine applications. All cross-seams on this cover are heat welded vs sewn, providing yet another layer of quality construction.  This fabric is also extremely user-friendly and slides easily across the cross bows of your boat lift.  Comes with a 7 year manufacturer's warranty on the fabric.

SHELTER-RITE: 18oz.
Shelter-Rite SR-18 is the traditional, old-school heavy canopy material that has been in use for years.  It provides excellent performance and life, UV resistance and strength.  The foundation of the 18 oz. vinyl coated fabric is a 5 ounce high-tenacity polyester yarn. The top side and underside have 6.5 ounces of coating that provides superior tear resistance, ultra-violet and anti-fungal protection, and water tightness. All seams are heat welded (not sewn). Shelter-Rite 18 oz. will not stretch, shrink or rot. Shelter-Rite comes with a 5 year manufacturer's warranty on the fabric.

SHELTER-RITE: 13oz.
Lightweight Shelter-Rite SLT13 is identical to the Shelter-Rite 18 oz. fabric except the underside coating was reformulated and reduced to 1.5 ounces.  This reduces the weight of the fabric while maintaining the same tear resistance, ultra violet and anti-fungal protection, and water tightness as the 18 oz version.  All cross seams are heat welded (not sewn).  Shelter-Rite 13oz. will not stretch, shrink or rot. Shelter-Rite comes with a 5 year manufacturer's warranty on the fabric.

SEAMARK: 16oz.
SeaMark is a durable combination of Sunbrella (woven acrylic uncoated fabric) and Haartz (a textured marine-grade vinyl coating) that results in a colorfast, waterproof fabric.  SeaMark fabric has been engineered to stand up to moisture, sun, wind, and temperature extremes experienced with outdoor use.  When you require the look of Sunbrella with the durability of a dock lift canopy, this is your fabric. This vinyl-backed Sunbrella with sewn cross seams uses highly UV resistant industrial thread. The vinyl backing is color coordinated with the Sunbrella cloth top.  Comes with a 5 year manufacturer's warranty on the fabric.

RECWATER: 16oz.
RECwater canvas is made of a solution-dyed acrylic fibers with PVC coating on one side, which makes it absolutely waterproof. The PVC coating is colored to match the color of the acrylic, making it possible to combine the elegance of the acrylic fabric with PVCs waterproof performance. The PVC coating is formulated to achieve perfect adhesion with the acrylic fabric. Unlike other products on the market, RECwater does not crack or roll and has excellent dimensional stability. RECwater weighs 16oz per yard, has excellent fade resistance, UV stable and treated with antimicrobial deterrents to combat mold and mildew.  Water repellent.  RECwater fabric comes with a 5 year manufacturer's warranty on the fabric.

HYDROFEND: 8oz.
This marine fabric is engineered for superior superior water resistance while remaining breathable. To ensure lasting color and durability, Hydrofend is made from solution-dyed polyester.  The coating on the underside prevents abrasion while the matte, woven top gives an attractive, outward-facing look.  Hydrofend boat fabric is armed with a high double rub count as well as excellent tear and break strength.  Water repellent.  Hydrofend comes with a 3 year manufacturer's warranty on the fabric.

**All of these fabrics are extremely water-repellent, but not waterproof. Under heavy periods of wind-driven rain, storms, etc. they may have water pushed thru the fibers/material and you may experience some water seepage.
